Dr. Alex Dapkus grew up in Richmond, Kentucky, and sports and the outdoors were a way of life. He played baseball for 4 years in college while studying for a degree in chemistry. The injuries from baseball lead him to chiropractic care, and eventually, a career in chiropractic. During Chiropractic school at Life University in Atlanta, he became fascinated with sports chiropractic and optimization through exercise before graduating in 2019.

Dr. Alex is married to Katie, and together they have 2 beautiful boys, River and Cohen. When Dr. Alex is not spending time with his wife and kids, he enjoys golfing and woodworking.
