I was having SI problems for the last few weeks while training for OCR and endurance races. Thanks to Dr. Bob Chrissy and Jodi for getting that SI joint to move. Just completed the Green Beret Challenge XII. 12 Hour endurance training, sled pulls, farmers carry, 50lb rucks over 20 miles of mud, hills and heavy lifts and carries. Never had an issue.
